Charla Brown Mcklevey, Esq. is a commercial real estate attorney and founder of My CRE Attorney and Foundation Land and Title, where she leads a fully integrated platform delivering legal, title, and settlement services for commercial transactions.
Her practice is focused on executing transactions from contract to close with precision and efficiency. She advises clients on purchase and sale agreements, due diligence, title and survey matters, and lender documentation, with an emphasis on identifying risk early, resolving issues decisively, and maintaining deal momentum through closing.
Prior to practicing law, Charla gained experience in financial services and operations, with exposure to AML, KYC, and risk management. That experience informs her detail-oriented approach to transactional work and her ability to anticipate and address issues that can delay or disrupt closing.
Charla earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She remains actively engaged in community initiatives through nonprofit organizations focused on professional development and expanding access to opportunity.
