Charla Brown Mcklevey, Esq. represents clients in commercial real estate and business transactions with a practical, solutions-oriented approach. She advises buyers, sellers, investors, lenders, landlords, tenants, and business owners through acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, title review, and other transactional matters, helping clients identify risk early, resolve issues efficiently, and keep transactions moving toward a successful closing.

Before entering the practice of law, Charla built a successful career in financial services and corporate operations, including roles with Merrill Lynch and other national companies. That experience gives her a practical understanding of the business, financial, and operational considerations that influence complex transactions and enables her to communicate effectively with clients, lenders, brokers, title professionals, and other stakeholders.

Charla earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Florida and Georgia and has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America 2026 and 2027 for her work in Real Estate Law.

Beyond her legal practice, Charla is committed to strengthening communities through real estate. She is an active speaker and community advocate who enjoys educating individuals, business owners, professionals, and community organizations.
